How to Register on The Virtual Brew

Go to the Registration Page

Fill in Your Basic Information


First Name & Last Name – Enter your real name.

Display Name – Your public-facing name (like an Instagram handle). Can be changed anytime.

Username – Used for logging in (permanent).

Email Address – Used for login & correspondence.

Enter Your Personal Details

Date of Birth – Select from the calendar pop-up.

Country – Choose your location.

Sex – Select from Male, Female, or Non-Binary.

Set Your Password

Create a secure password & confirm it.

Passwords can be changed later in account settings.

Complete Registration

βœ… Click "Create Account" to submit your details.

Once verified, you're officially signed up and ready to explore The Virtual Brew!

How to Log In to The Virtual Brew

Go to the Login Page

Enter Your Credentials

Use either your Email Address or Username.

Enter your Password.

Recover Your Password (If Needed)

Log In and Access the Platform

βœ… Click "Log In" – You’ll be taken directly into The Virtual Brew.


SUBSCRIBING

Virtual Brew Subscription Plans

After logging in, you’ll be directed to the Subscription Selection Page.

Available Plans (each plan comes with a $1 for 7 days trial)

1️⃣ Founders Plan ($25/year) (Limited Time Offer)

Locked-in rate of $25 per year as long as you remain a member. 

Full access to all features.

Confirming Your Subscription & Payment

βœ” Select Your Plan – Click "Select This Package" next to your plan.
βœ” Confirm Subscription – Click "Confirm Subscription" to proceed.
βœ” Secure Payment Processing – Redirected to CC Bill (secure processor).
βœ” Complete Payment – Enter details, confirm, & receive a confirmation email.
βœ” Enjoy Full Access – Membership is activated immediately and can use all platform features.

Important Notes About Payment Proces​sing

We currently offer two secure payment options: PayPal and CCBill. Both are safe, encrypted, and widely used payment processorsβ€”but each has its own behaviors and limitations, especially depending on your location or banking setup.

PayPal

PayPal is a widely trusted and user-friendly option for most users, including international members.

You can use your PayPal account to complete the purchase

Or, you can simply check out using a debit or credit card without needing to log in to PayPal

If you run into any issues with CCBill, we recommend using PayPal as an alternative

Note: Always double-check your billing details for accuracy to avoid processing delays.

CCBill

CCBill is another secure payment processor used for handling subscriptions, but it can occasionally be more conservative with fraud detection. Some users may experience blocked transactions due to the following:

Multiple Payment Submissions
Submitting payment several times in a short window may trigger fraud protection.

VPN Usage
If you're using a VPN and the IP address doesn't match your billing address, the transaction may be flagged.
β†’ Tip: Disable your VPN before attempting payment.

Incorrect Billing Information
Make sure your name, zip code, and other card details match exactly what your bank has on file.

Bank Restrictions
Some banks may block online subscription charges by default.

If CCBill cannot process your payment, please try again using PayPal.

CANCELLATION

How to Cancel Your Membership

If you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so easily and directly within your Virtual Brew account settings.

Log in to Your Account

Go to Subscription Settings

  1. Click Profile Icon β†’ Edit Profile β†’ Membership Plan

Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click "Cancel Subscription" & confirm.

Receive Confirmation

  1. You'll receive an email confirmation upon cancellation.

Important Notes About Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Please note:

Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

There are no refunds for partial months or unused time.

If you cancel and later decide to re-subscribe, you must wait until your current subscription fully expires before signing up again.

If you re-subscribe in the future, your previous pricing or promotional rate may no longer be availableβ€”you will be subject to the pricing in effect at the time of re-subscription.

βœ” Blacklist – Block or unblock users.
βœ” Violations Reported – See reported content history.
βœ” My Follows – View who you follow & who follows you.
βœ” My Friends – Manage & interact with friends.
βœ” My Feeds – Create & manage text, photo, and video feeds.
βœ” Subscriptions – View payment history & renewals.
βœ” Contact Administrator – Report issues or send feedback.
βœ” Sign Out – Log out securely.


CUSTOMIZING YOUR PROFILE

How to Access Your Profile Settings

Log in to Your Account at virtualbrew.com.

Click on Your Profile Icon (top-right corner).

Select β€œEdit Your Profile” from the drop-down menu.


Customizing Your Profile (Top to Bottom)

1. Cover Photo

πŸ“· Upload a custom cover image to personalize your profile.

2. Profile Picture

πŸ–Ό Click on the camera icon to update your main profile photo.

3. Name & Display Name

First & Last Name – You can update these anytime.

Display Name – Your public-facing name, which can be changed anytime.

Username & Email – Not editable (grayed out) since they are used for login.

4. Gender & Bio (Where the Magic Happens!)

Gender – Select from available options.

Bio –

  • Share your interests, skills, work, location, or whatever you want to be public to other users.

  • This section makes you more discoverable to other users.

5. Location Details (Optional)

πŸ“ Country, State, City, Address – Choose to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.

6. Communication Preferences

βœ” Enable or disable:

Text Communication

Audio Communication

Video Communication
βœ” Simply check or uncheck these options based on your preference.

7. Profile Introduction Video (Optional)

πŸŽ₯ Upload a short intro video that plays when users visit your profile.
Steps:

Record and upload a video via the upload icon.

Check the "Activate Video" box to make it visible.

If you want to remove it later, simply uncheck the box.

8. Save Changes

βœ… Click "Save" to ensure all updates are applied to your profile.


CREATING & MANAGING FEEDS

How to Post on Your Feed

Go to My Feeds – Profile Icon β†’ "My Feeds"

Click "New Feed" (Top-Right Corner)

Choose Post Type:

  1. Photo Feed – Upload & add a description.

  2. Video Feed – Share a video with text.

  3. Text Feed – Post without media.

Add Optional Features:

  1. Polls – Ask questions & add options.

  2. Thumbnails – Upload a cover image.

Click "Post" – Your content is now live!

Ways Users Can Interact with Your Posts

Like a Post

  1. Users can like your post to show appreciation or agreement.

  2. The total number of likes will be displayed below your post.

Comment on a Post

  1. Users can leave comments to engage in conversation.

  2. You can reply to comments to continue the discussion.

Flag or Report a Post

  1. If a post violates community guidelines or is inappropriate, users can flag it.

  2. The Virtual Brew team will review flagged content and take action if necessary.


SEARCHING & CONNECTING WITH MEMBERS

How to Search for Members

Click "Members" (Top-Left Corner)

Use Search Features:

  1. Keyword Search – Find and filter users by any keyword.

  2. Sort By – Popularity, newest, oldest.

  3. Online Now – Filter for currently active users.

  4. Country or Gender Filters – Narrow results further.

Viewing a Member’s Profile

When you click on a member’s profile, you’ll be taken to their personal page where you can see:

Their bio (background, interests, and any info they’ve shared).

Their feeds (posts they’ve made on the platform).

Options to interact with them.

How to Interact with Members

βœ” Follow – See their posts in your feed.
βœ” Send Friend Requests – Required for messaging & calls.
βœ” Messaging & Calls – Unlock after friend request approval.
βœ” Share Profiles – Copy & send profile URLs.

Note: The Bell Icon πŸ”” at the top of the platform provides notifications for when someone follows you, accepts your friend request, or are friend requesting you.


MESSAGING & CALLING FEATURES

How to Send a Text Message

πŸ’¬ Must be Friends β†’ Go to Profile β†’ Click "Message"

Note: The Chat IconπŸ’¬ at the top of the platform will notify you when there is a message. You can also access messenger by clicking on that icon.

How to Make an Audio Call

πŸ“ž Must be Friends and Online β†’ Go to Profile β†’ Click "Audio Call"
βœ” Click "Request Audio Call" β†’ Recipient receives a notification.
βœ” Accept call β†’ Start voice chat.

How to Make a Video Call

πŸŽ₯ Must be Friends and Online β†’ Go to Profile β†’ Click "Video Call"
βœ” Click "Start Streaming" β†’ Recipient receives notification.
βœ” Accept call β†’ Start face-to-face chat.
βœ” Browser Check – Ensure microphone & webcam are enabled.

Note: The Two Person + Icon πŸ‘₯ at the top of the platform will notify you when a friend is requesting an audio or video call. 

Ending Calls

Click "Stop Streaming" or "X" to exit.
