How to Register on The Virtual Brew
Go to the Registration Page

Fill in Your Basic Information
First Name & Last Name – Enter your real name.
Display Name – Your public-facing name (like an Instagram handle). Can be changed anytime.
Username – Used for logging in (permanent).
Email Address – Used for login and correspondence.
Enter Your Personal Details
Date of Birth – Select from the calendar pop-up.
Country – Choose your location.
Sex – Select Male, Female, or Non-Binary.
Set Your Password
Create and confirm a secure password.
Passwords can be changed later in account settings.
Acknowledgement
You must confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to the terms, conditions, and community guidelines.
Complete Registration
Click "Create Account"
Check your email and verify your account via the confirmation link.
Once verified, you’re ready to explore The Virtual Brew!

Click "Log In" to enter The Virtual Brew
SUBSCRIBING
Virtual Brew Subscription Plans
After logging in, you’ll be directed to the subscription page.
Available Plan:
The Virtual Brew Membership – $25/year
Includes full access to all features
Comes with a $1 trial for 7 days
After the trial, your card will be charged $25 annually
Subscription Steps:
Click "Select This Package"
Click "Confirm Subscription"
You’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete secure payment
Once complete, your membership is activated immediately
CANCELLATION
How to Cancel Your Membership
Log in to Your Account
Go to Subscription Settings
Click Profile Icon → Edit Profile → Membership Plan
Cancel Your Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Confirm cancellation
You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Note:
Your access continues until the billing cycle ends
No refunds for partial months or unused time
Re-subscribing may not include previous discounted pricing

Managing Your Account
Click your Profile Icon (top-right) to access the drop-down menu.
Account Features Include:
Edit Profile – Change display name, bio, profile picture
Home – Return to The Virtual Brew homepage
My Profile – View your content and details
Blacklist – Block/unblock users
Violations Reported – View history of flagged content
My Friends – Manage your friend list
My Feeds – Manage your posts (text, photo, video)
Transactions – Review payment history
Contact Administrator – Report issues or provide feedback
Sign Out – Securely log out
CUSTOMIZING YOUR PROFILE
How to Update Your Profile
Log in at https://thevirtualbrew.com/auth/login
Click your Profile Icon (top-right)
Select "Edit Your Profile"
Profile Sections:
Cover Photo – Click "Edit Cover" to upload an image
Profile Picture – Click the camera icon to upload
Name & Display Name – Editable anytime
Username & Email – Display only; cannot be changed
Gender & Bio
Choose your gender
Write a short bio to make yourself more discoverable
Location (Optional) – Country, State, City, and Address
Intro Video (Optional)
Upload your video
Check "Activate Video" to display it
Uncheck to remove later
Save Changes – Click to apply updates
CREATING & MANAGING FEEDS
How to Post
Go to "My Feeds" via your Profile Icon
Click "New Feed" (top-right corner)
Choose Post Type:
Photo Feed – Upload image and add text
Video Feed – Upload video and text
Text Feed – Post text-only content
Optional Add-ons:
Polls – Include questions and options
Thumbnails – Upload a preview image
Teasers – Add a short video teaser (video feed only)
PDF – Attach documents
Visibility Options:
Public – All members can view
Private – Only your accepted friends can view
Interaction Features:
Likes – Show appreciation
Comments – Engage with others
Flag – Report violations for review
SEARCHING & CONNECTING WITH MEMBERS
How to Search
Click "Members" (top-left)
Use Filters:
Keyword
Sort by popularity, newest, oldest
Online Now
Country or Gender
Viewing Profiles
See a user’s bio and public posts
Options to:
Send Friend Request
Message (once friends)
Share Profile URL
Interaction Options:
Friend Requests – Required for messaging
Messaging – Send text, audio, photos, emojis
Share Profiles – Copy/paste profile links
Notifications:
Bell Icon (top) alerts you when someone requests to connect or accepts request
MESSAGING
How to Message
You must be friends
Go to their Profile → Click "Message"
Or use the Chat Icon (top) to open messenger
Message Types:
Text – Standard typing
Emojis – Click smiley icon
Photos – Click image icon
Audio – Click microphone, grant mic access, and record
Notes:
Audio starts recording right away
Click send arrow to deliver
Click “X” to cancel a recording
Deleting messages only removes them from your view
